HCG DIET
HCG stands for the hormone human chorionic gonadotropin. Research suggests a small, daily hCG injection results in a weight loss of 1 to 2 pounds per day when eating a very low calorie diet of approximately 500 calories. While you are only consuming 500 calories, your hypothalamus is continually releasing the fat stored in your body. Because of this, your body is actually operating on thousands of calories a day.
HCG resets your hypothalamus so that your weight loss is lasting. It re-sculpts your body so that you don’t have sagging or flabby skin after your reduction. The weight lost come right from the fat cells and does not deplete the body of muscle, vitamins or minerals that are essential to maintain good health. For this reason, hCG dieters report a feeling and appearance of great health and marvel at the loss of negative health risks they had when they were overweight.
