Initial Consultation: The first visit is a comprehensive one-on-one consult typically scheduled for 60-90 minutes. During this time a complete medical intake will be taken, you will be tested for deficiencies, toxicities or allergies using the EAV (link to info on machine) machine, and your diet and any daily habits that my influence your health will also be addressed. Dr. Eli will then work together with you to develop a customized plan to optimize your well-being. Initial Consultation $125 USD. Return Consultation: A follow-up visit, lasting 30-45 minutes, will likely be scheduled for one to two weeks after the initial consult to discuss progress and any further testing with be done to evaluate other health concerns that were not addressed at initial consult. Any questions or alternatives that may arise once you have begun the customized health plan will be done at this time. At this point, the patient understands the goals and objectives of the health plan and is motivated to take steps necessary to achieve optimal health. -Subsequent visits are scheduled as needed with the frequency varying from patient to patient. Return Consultation $50 USD Insurance: Our office does not bill insurance. If your insurance reimburses for naturopathic doctor visits, we will give you a form with appropriate codes so that you can send for reimbursement.
